b. Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) We are committed to accurate, non-deceptive representations about our products, pricing, and services in compliance with Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.

c. Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) If our Site's annual global gross revenue and processing of personal data meet the thresholds established under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq.), Florida residents may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing their personal data and access that data

  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal data

  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about them

  • Obtain a copy of their personal data in a portable format

5. Other State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and Similar Laws)
